S.M.O.C Social Unit
Single Mothers of Culture youth group, S.M.O.C Social unit is a performing arts group dedicated to encouragement to the youth. Through the arts youth can reach their full potential by bringing forth positive alternatives to a negative influenced society. We encourage members to following their passion. Through passion, it motivates one to work harder to become a better asset to the community opposed to being a liability. S.M.O.C programs also promote “Earn Your Keep” which guides our young adults and youth toward the methods of the value of money, work ethnics and time well spent. Statics show a large percent of homes all over the nation are headed by single mothers due to the war and other uncontrollable circumstance in their lives.
